In the book Outliers , author Malcoln Gladwell says that it take roughly ten thousand hours of practice to achieve mastery in a field.

Bill Gate and Paul Allen became addicted to programming they acquired their 10,000 hours through this. Natural talent is not important as falling in love with practice for 10,000 hours minimum.

All of us want to be great at something? One approach: we could choose and practice for 10,000 hours. Practice play a major role in success.
