Sanchez could easily add to his dozen Premier League strikes

Last term, this Etihad encounter finished 6-3 in City's favour; a key result for Manuel Pellegrini's men en route to winning the Premier League title.

The Etihad has been a real fortress for them since they became a footballing force.
Arsene Wenger's Gunners, meanwhile,  to upset the champions in Manchester, and have rampant attacker Alexis Sanchez experiencing a real purple patch.
Joined by Olivier Giroud up front and the guile of the returning Mesut Ozil in behind him, super Sanchez could easily add to his dozen Premier League strikes so far. Both he and France centre forward Giroud already have goals against City this season.

Pellegrini has Sergio Aguero back, and he has made plenty of impact against Arsenal in the past. Only Chelsea's Brazilian-born Spain striker Diego Costa has more Premier League goals than the lethal Argentina international in the current campaign.

Supplied by former Gunners favourite Samir Nasri and guileful Spaniard David Silva, Aguero will not want for supply.

Each of the last six meetings across all competitions between M.City and Arsenal has contained at least two goals on the outright match result in their latest battle.

"He shook my hand and said to me: ‘You little bugger’ – or something like that. I didn’t shout ‘nuts’ when I did it. I used to do that when I was young and get told off for it." As Alli spoke at the Allianz after Tuesday’s 2-0 Audi Cup victory, some of Real’s galácticos filed past. This time last year the midfielder was preparing for MK Dons’ League One season opener against Gillingham. His previous competitive game was for MK against Yeovil in May. Alli says “unreal” and “surreal” on a number of occasions and it is little wonder. This is a young player of conviction. If the nutmeg on one of...
